We accept returns only if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Returns will not be accepted for:
Custom or made-to-order items
Sale or discounted items
Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences

Order number
Description and photo(s) of the issue
Your contact information
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2–3 business days.
If the return is approved, you will be responsible for safely shipping the item back to us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (as agreed).
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
